When you place an order we ask for the information we need to deliver it to you:
- Your name
- Your phone number, and a second phone number if you choose to give one
- Your province and delivery address
- Your email address, if you choose to give one
- Any notes you add to your order
If you contact us through the contact form or request a custom 3D print, we receive whatever you enter in that form, including any file or link you send us.
Like most websites, we also automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site working and to understand general traffic patterns.
How we use your information
- To process, prepare and deliver your order
- To contact you about your order, usually by phone
- To confirm payment for orders paid by bank transfer
- To answer questions you send us
- To detect and prevent fraudulent orders
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send you marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
Payment information
We do not accept card payments on this website and we never see or store card numbers. Orders are paid by cash on delivery, by transfer through the FIB app, or by Zain Cash. For transfers, we see only the confirmation that a transfer was made and the reference you provide.
Cookies
This site uses cookies. Some are strictly necessary — they remember what is in your cart and keep your session working while you shop, and the site cannot function without them. Others are optional, and you can accept or reject them using the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Who we share information with
We share your name, phone number and address with the delivery company handling your order, because they need it to reach you. We may share information where we are required to by law. Otherwise we do not pass your information to anyone else.
This website runs on hosting and software provided by third parties, who process data on our behalf in order to keep the site running.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and for handling any later questions, returns or warranty claims. Contact form messages are kept until they are no longer needed. If you create an account, we keep it until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. We may need to keep some order records even after such a request, where we are required to for accounting purposes.
